How quickly can home care start?
Privately funded care can usually begin within days. Government-funded care starts after a My Aged Care assessment — we can guide you through the process.
Can we choose our carer?
Yes. We carefully match carers to each client’s personality, language and preferences, and we keep the same carers wherever possible so trust can build.
What happened to Home Care Packages on 1 November 2025?
Home Care Packages were replaced by the Support at Home program on 1 November 2025. Existing package holders were transitioned automatically. If you had a package or were on the waiting list, your funding continues under the new program. Talk to us about your funding on 1800 861 777
Do you provide care for couples?
Yes — we often support couples in the same home, with a combined plan that covers both people’s needs.
